Welcome to Kathleen’s Bed and Breakfast in the old Aberdeenshire fishing village of Gardenstown, which is found between Banff and Fraserburgh. Located along a quirky narrow street close to the seafront, the village has panoramic views across the Moray Firth, scenic walks along the cliff top path to neighbouring village Crovie and provides an excellent base from which to explore north-east Scotland.

There are 3 bedrooms; a double with en suite shower room, a family room which can be arranged with a king size and a single or 3 single beds, and a twin bedroom. All have Wifi, TV / DVD player, hairdryer, mini fridge and hospitality tray. Guests can also relax in the lounge with its large sofa, TV and coal burning-effect electric fire. A delicious breakfast will be served in the kitchen / dining room in the morning.

The Garden Arms Hotel is located at the end of the road with its public bar and restaurant serving food, including haggis and fresh locally-caught seafood. The harbour, once a busy fishing port, is now full of small boats and pleasure craft. A walk to the harbour can be coupled with a visit to the seasonal heritage centre which gives an insight into the Gardenstown of old and the once-busy fishing industry.
