Durinish Guest House

Durinish Guest House is a friendly place to stay in Portree, the main settlement on the Isle of Skye. A large detached home situated off the A87 road, with plenty of car parking, the house is just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre and harbour area. Owners Tam and Sandra provide a warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished and include en suite shower room facilities, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer and hospitality tray. There are cosy double rooms or the more spacious rooms with twin or double beds and views across to the Cuillins and over the town. Breakfast is included to help start the day.

The Aros Experience Visitor Centre is close by with its heritage centre, cinema, small theatre and shops. Portree is an ideal place from which to explore castles and museums or do some walking, cycling or climbing in the Cuillin Mountains and surrounding countryside, or play a round of golf and visit the Talisker Whisky Distillery.
