Carricks At Castle Farm

Carricks at Castle Farm is a Victorian farmhouse offering luxurious guest accommodation in the village of Swanton Morley, near Dereham. A scenic rural location on the banks of the River Wensum, this house has been owned by the same family for over 100 years. Visit England 5-Star Gold rated, with a Breakfast Award; as well as bed and breakfast rooms, there are also two Visit England 4-Star rated cottages for holiday hire.

There are 6 bedrooms in the farmhouse; double size, twin, a triple and family. Each has been elegantly furnished to complement the original architecture, with en suite or private bathroom facilities, Wifi, a TV, telephone and hospitality tray. Maid’s Room has an in-room bathtub for special occasions. A cooked or continental breakfast is served in the morning. Guests are also welcome to use the sitting room.

There are 2 delightful self-catering holiday cottages. Both sleeping 2 people, they have beamed vaulted ceilings, a log burning stove and well-equipped kitchen.
