Claylands Park is a well-established and family-run leisure park nestled on the banks of the Wye River, north of the village of Cabus and market town of Garstang. Developed in 1959 from the site of a small farm, the park has self-catering holiday cottages, an on-site pub offering guest rooms and a campsite, all in beautifully landscaped grounds on the edge of the Forest of Bowland.

The holiday cottages are River View and Field View; each sleeping 6 or 7 guests and featuring a lounge with electric fire, TV, 3-piece leather suite and dining table; plus a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave; a twin bedroom on the ground floor; and 2 twin rooms and a box room upstairs. There is also a bathroom and separate shower room.

Stepping Stones Bar and Restaurant have 2 double bedrooms and a family room for 4, all with en suite facilities. There are also hardstanding fully-serviced pitches for touring caravans and motorhomes and a separate area for tents. Everyone can enjoy homecooked meals in the restaurant or go fishing along the river. Dogs are allowed and there are scenic walking areas around the park.
