Tippett Farm self-catering farmhouse is a charming stone property situated in Cowpe, near Rossendale in the South Pennines. This Grade II listed former farmhouse, retaining characterful original features and surrounded by open countryside, is now a luxurious holiday home accommodating from 2 to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Pets are welcome with prior agreement.

The sitting room provides seating, Free Sat TV and DVD player; plus there is an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a main bathroom and a separate toilet upstairs. The flexibility of the farmhouse means guests only pay for the number of bedrooms they use, so a couple can book the house and use the ground floor en suite bedroom only. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs including a double, 2 twin / super king rooms, plus 2 folding beds. There are gardens front and back, with a deep pond and patio. Visitors will find the nearest shops within half a mile and the area is ideal for sight-seeing, walking, mountain biking and cycling.
