It has two single beds in each bedroom, two of which can be linked as a double. It is situated approximately three miles from the centre of Newcastle, with easy access to local transport links, shopping, and major tourist attractions. There is on-street car parking, no permits. One may not always get parked immediately outside the property.

Centrally heated and this is set/adjusted to suit guests needs.

The Lounge/Dining Room has a two-seater conservatory sofa with two armchairs, plus a dining table with 4 chairs. The smart TV has Freeview and will connect to Netflix.

There are two bedrooms with two single beds in each room, and the beds in larger room can be linked as a double. There is open rail hanging and drawers for clothes.

The bathroom is small, with an electric shower over the bath. The radiator is always on and a ceiling pulley is in place for airing/drying towels and clothing. Some guests, e.g in a party of 3 or 4 may find the shared use of a small bathroom inconvenient.

Outside Yard is accessed from the kitchen, and is self-contained. On-street car parking, no permits. One may not always get parked immediately outside the property.

Conveniently located approximately 7 miles from Newcastle Airport, with a direct Metro links from there to South Gosforth. The link by Metro from Newcastle Central Station is also direct. Audley Road offers an ideal base for work-related trips, and for those visiting friends and family in the area. It is also well placed for visits to the Northumberland countryside and coast, Durham City, North Yorkshire, The Lake District and Scottish Borders.
