The Hardwick

The Hardwick Restaurant with Rooms is situated on the outskirts of Abergavenny, ‘The Gateway to Wales’. Run by experienced chef Stephen Terry, this award-winning gastropub showcases a fantastic menu of dishes made from the finest produce South Wales has to offer, and provides Visit Wales 5-Star guest rooms in a purpose-built building across the courtyard from the restaurant.

There are 8 bedrooms featuring contemporary décor and equipped with en suite facilities which include a shower, bath or both. Guests will also find seating and either a twin or king size bed. Families are welcome. The 5 ground floor rooms open directly onto the courtyard with a table and chairs, providing an additional place in which to relax and enjoy a drink from the bar.

A Full Welsh breakfast helps to start the day. The restaurant is also open for lunch, Sunday lunch and dinner, offering a range of unique dishes from a seasonal à la carte menu.
