Dorlands Country House

Dorlands offers 2 large holiday homes and a shepherd’s hut on the edge of the Wye Valley AONB, in Kilgwrrwg, near Chepstow. These 3 unique properties are surrounded by wonderfully scenic views across the Usk Valley and provide a perfect setting for families, group holidays or cosy retreats for couples. Dogs are also allowed.

Dorlands House is a 6-bedroomed home sleeping up to 17 guests, with a large sitting room and 7 bathrooms. Dorlands Country House sleeps 16 people and also has 6 bedrooms, a feature Aga stove in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Both houses have a fully-equipped kitchen and a luxurious hot tub in the private garden area.

Franky’s Hideout is a luxurious shepherd’s hut for 2, which is included in the hire of the country house, or can be booked separately. In its own secluded area, the hut has a double bed, small kitchenette and en suite shower room. There is also a BBQ and pizza oven under the gazebo.
