Priory Farmhouse

Welcome to Priory Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast in the Warwickshire village of Shustoke. This beautiful country house is Grade II listed, with parts dating back to the 15th century, providing comfortable bedrooms and beautiful gardens, just a short walk from Shustoke Reservoir for nature lovers, hikers and water sports enthusiasts.

The guest rooms are located in the 16th century extension, each featuring characterful original exposed beams. There are single, double, twin and triple-bedded rooms, with a full cooked English or continental-style breakfast served in the morning to help start the day. Dogs are allowed to stay, with prior agreement from the owners.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens and have a game of croquet on the lawn during good weather. Off-road parking is available. There is a pub with a food menu a short walk away from the farmhouse and Shustoke Barn is also close by for those attending weddings. There are also plenty of local walks and cycling routes.
