All of the guest bedrooms are stylishly furnished and offer views of either Skiddaw, Latrigg or Walla Crag. There is a king room and 2 flexible rooms which can be arranged with a super king bed or twin beds with a seating area. Each room has en suite facilities, free Wifi, a TV, quiet running fridge, hairdryer and hospitality tray.

A full English or vegetarian / vegan breakfast is served in the morning, with lighter seasonal options also available. There is on-street parking and secure bike storage. The whole house can also be hired as a holiday home for up to 6 people if preferred, with exclusive use of the kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and utility room.
