Rooms 36 is an award-winning bed and breakfast offering room only accommodation and a welcoming place to stay in the Lake District market town of Keswick. Just a short walk away from Derwent Water and the town centre amenities, this B & B has been awarded with both an AA and Visit England 4-Star Gold Award rating.

Each room provides a scenic view to one of the Lake’s prominent mountains or fells. There are double, twin, family rooms, and 2 rooms on the top floor which can be booked together to accommodate up to 5 people. All have luxurious en suite facilities, locally-produced toiletries, a TV, coffee pod machine and hospitality tray.
