Ayr Holiday Park

Ayr Holiday Park is a highly rated AA 5-Pennant site situated in the ever-popular Cornish holiday destination of St Ives. This is a welcoming family-owned park, with a touring and camping site, as well as static caravans and self-catering apartments to rent, only a 10-minute walk from the golden sandy beach, coast path and town centre.

The campsite offers relaxing views across the bay and out to the sea, offering a choice of hardstanding or grass pitches, including those with electric hook-up. Caravans, motorhomes and tents are all welcome. The amenities are clean and include underfloor heating, with hot showers, toilets, washing-up sinks and a launderette.

Visitors can also choose to stay in either a 4 or 6-berth caravan or the 2 holiday apartments, ‘Carbis’ and ‘Gwidden’, which both sleep 4 people. All are modern and well-presented, with a living area, well-equipped kitchen, 2 or 3 bedrooms and shower room facilities. Dogs are allowed in some of the caravans.

The park has a children’s play area and the new swimming pool and restaurant are open from April 2023. St. Ives boasts a quartet of golden beaches providing great surfing, windsurfing and water-skiing conditions. The town has plenty of restaurants worth a visit, after a trip to the Tate St Ives, a modern art collection by the sea.
