Henstent Park is a relaxed, family-run camping and touring park in an elevated position on the fringes of the Berwyn Mountains, on the Wales / Shropshire border and close to Snowdonia National Park. Nestled alongside the River Tanat, with stunning views across the countryside to the mountain peaks, it is perfect for family, walking and cycling holidays.

The park is open for 11 months of the year for static caravans and from 1st March until 31st of October of for touring and camping every year. There are 25 pitches for either touring caravans, motorhomes or trailer tents, each with stunning views, electric hook-up and some with hardstanding. For tents, there is the camping dell along the river, with its own water supply, toilet block and electric.

There is a heated amenities block with toilets and showers, a launderette and information centre. Guests can enjoy fishing on the river, which forms one boundary of the park. There is also bird watching and excellent walks for all levels of fitness, plus a mountain bike park close by. The village of Llangynog is just 5 minutes’ walk, with 2 pubs serving meals.
