Lower House Farm Cottage 1 provides a self-catering holiday home in beautiful countryside between Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. Offering uninterrupted views across the Derbyshire Dales and ideally placed to enjoy walks in Dovedale, or an exhilarating day at Alton Towers Theme Park, there is something in the area for everyone.

Accommodating 6 guests, the cottage has a living room furnished in a contemporary style, featuring sofas, a Smart TV, wood burning-effect electric stove in the brick fireplace and patio doors opening to the garden. The large kitchen is fully-fitted and includes an integrated oven, hob, dishwasher and a dining table / chairs.

The bedrooms all have their original wooden ceiling trusses. There is a feature master double bedroom with en suite shower room facilities, a second double room and a single room with an optional trundle bed. There is also a main bathroom, utility room with laundry equipment and an enclosed garden outside with seating.
