The properties are unique and full of charming features, whilst providing contemporary self-catering facilities. Sleeping 13 - 34, Mermaid Inn is a Grade II Listed former coaching inn with 3 lounges, its own pub with pool table and karaoke machine, 13 en suite bedrooms, plus a large garden.

Quarnford Lodge accommodates 10 - 28 guests in 10 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities and including 3 on the ground floor for those with mobility difficulties. There is an open plan living / dining area with 2-way wood burner, a games room and artificial grass area outside for games and fun.
