Orchard House CS, in the Kent village of Elmstone, is a Camping and Caravanning Club Friendly site, open to members and non-members. Just a 20 - 30 minute drive from the Dover ferries and Folkestone channel tunnel crossing, it is also only 8 miles from Canterbury and well-placed for visiting the Downs and east coast.
The site can accommodate up to 10 tents, or 5 caravans and motorhomes, and is surrounded by peaceful orchards. All pitches are on a grassy flat surface and have electric hook-up if required. The on-site facilities include well-maintained and clean showers and toilets, plus chemical disposal. Rallies and dogs are welcome.
There are a great many relaxing walks and cycleways in and around the area, with Wigham Wildlife Park and Stodmarsh Nature Reserve close by attractions. The beautiful Sandwich Bay is 8 miles away where you can visit the bird sanctuary, go sailing or water skiing or have a round on the 3 golf courses along the coast.
