Linton Holiday Accommodation is a luxurious purpose-built self-catering holiday home situated in a quiet residential part of the pretty fishing village of Mevagissey. Looking across a valley and just 5 minutes walk to the cliff top and coast path, and 10 minutes’ walk to the harbour, this house sleeps up to 6 guests and is perfect for holidays with families or friends.

The accommodation features a spacious kitchen / diner including a dishwasher, range-style cooker, washing machine and dining table. The lounge has sofas, a wood burning stove, TV and selection of games. There is a ground floor king-bedded room and a twin, plus another king bedroom on the first floor. The bedrooms have en suite facilities and a Smart TV.

Outside, guests will find a pretty sun terrace with rattan furniture and an outdoor dining area, as well as a lawned garden with a shed, plus secure parking. There are many tea rooms, restaurants and inns in the centre of the village, and the aquarium and model village are popular attractions. Fishing trips and ferries to Fowey are available from the harbour.
