Along the banks of the River Eden, near the village of Armathwaite, Drybeck Farm offers a beautiful setting for camping and glamping. On the NW edge of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the Eden Valley, the farm is easily located from the M6 and provides the perfect location for enjoying the great outdoors.
A small site accommodating tents and small campervans, every pitch is spaced out, spacious and comes with its own fire pit. There are 2 composting toilets, a hot shower and a washing-up sink, as well as plenty of space for children to play and direct access to the river for paddling and swimming. Dogs are permitted on the site.
The glamping accommodation each provides a private hot tub, including the shepherd’s wagons for 2 guests, the cosy yurts for 2 to 4, or the wood cabins sleeping 4 people. There is also a gypsy caravan ‘Evelyn’, sleeping 2 adults and 1 child. The site has regular events and live music. Please see the website for more information.
