Welcome to Setmabanning Caravan Park, a family-run touring and campsite situated in the beautiful village of Threlkeld, to the north-east of Keswick. The site is set on a working farm in the foothills of Blencathra and superbly placed to explore the northern fells and lakes of the Lake District.
A no-frills site, there are hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups for motorhomes, as well as grass pitches along the river for tents. There are no additional charges for gazebos and awnings. Dogs are also allowed to stay free-of-charge provided they are kept well under control at all times.
There are 2 country pubs in the village serving food and local drinks, and the Quarry Mining Museum with historical railway, plus the Kong Climbing Centre are also close by. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails for all abilities around the local area. Keswick is a 10-minute drive away.
