The Bickerton Poacher is a welcoming pub with a campsite situated in the village of Bulkeley, between Malpas and Tarporley. The local area is popular with walkers and cyclists, including routes along the Sandstone Trail and around Bickerton Hill. Family-friendly, well-behaved dogs are also allowed on the campsite and in the pub.
The site welcomes tents, motorhomes and caravans; with a choice of hardstanding, grass, electric and non-electric pitches available. Guests can also rent a tent with a full English breakfast included in the price. There are also 7 en suite B & B bedrooms (double, twin or family) available in the pub if preferred.
The pub serves a menu of delicious meals, which can also be taken away. There is a comfortable lounge and TV room where guests can relax with a drink, plus free Wifi and an outside children’s play area.
