Kentmere Farm Pods

Kentmere Farm Pods provide luxurious glamping accommodation with a Visit England Silver Award for Green Tourism, in the Lake District National Park, north-west of Kendal. Situated on a 500-acre family-owned working farm along the River Kent, the pods offer numerous walking, cycling and mountain biking routes from the door.

All pods are furnished to a high standard, with underfloor heating and uninterrupted valley views. Sleeping 2 to 4, there is a double and a sofa bed, plus an en suite wet room, kitchenette, dining table and access to the outdoor decking through French doors. Heating and electricity is derived from a wood pellet boiler and solar panels.

In addition, a range of arts and crafts workshops can be booked via Cowshed Creative, based in our 2-storey traditional barn conversion. Staveley is the nearest village, 2 miles away, offering a railway station, places to eat and Hawkshead Brewery and Beer Hall. Brewery tours are available. Please see the website for more details.
