Ideal for exploring countryside and coast, the location provides easy access to sightseeing opportunities and outdoors activities; close to Bodmin Moor, the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor.

This is a contemporary property sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Guests will enjoy a sense of rural tranquillity, with lots of light and space. The house benefits from a rear balcony which is perfect for soaking up the views across Caradon Hill and the village of Minions, with local wildlife such as foxes, rabbits and deer to see.

The accommodation includes a porch, a modern equipped kitchen / diner with a door to the balcony, and living room with a TV and wood burner. Wifi is provided. Both bedrooms are spacious, comprising a double en suite and a second bedroom with a zip and link king / twin. There is a main bathroom with a spa bath and shower.

The outside space includes over half an acre of paddock, plus a seating area. Guests will find driveway parking for 3 vehicles. Rilla Mill is on the bus route from Liskeard to Launceston, with the nearest train station in Liskeard. Children and dogs are welcome at Trevean, but guests should note that the balcony is not fully-enclosed.
