A superb holiday home overlooking the Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club, just around the corner from Crooklets Beach, Serenity sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and provides a fantastic base for holidays featuring a relaxing game of golf, beach days, enjoying the Atlantic surf waves, eating out, sightseeing trips, exploring the SW Coast Path and much more!

This is a modern build, well-equipped house with underfloor heating, plus thoughtful design and décor, to appeal to a range of holidaymakers. The accommodation includes an open plan living space with leather sofas, a flat screen TV and games console. There is also a stylish kitchen area with a dining table / chairs and a good range of crockery, pans and utensils.

The 3 bedrooms are arranged as 2 doubles and 1 twin room, and one has a small balcony overlooking the golf course. Outside, there is a private garden with a BBQ, table and chairs. There is also designated carport parking for a vehicle. The house overlooks the 1st green, plus the 2nd and 3rd tees of the golf course, with the clubhouse and 1st tee a 600m walk.

Bude is a seaside town with lots of charm, independent shops, great places to eat and many things to see and do. It has one of only two sea pools in the UK and the safe, sandy beaches are terrific fun. The SW Coast Path affords spectacular walking scenery. Bude is just off the main A39 Atlantic Highway, with the rest of Cornwall and Devon within easy reach.
