Castaway Cottage

Castaway Cottage offers a quiet place to stay in the conservation village of Itteringham, near Aylsham, 9 miles from the Norfolk coast. A brick and pantile property dating back to the mid-19th century, this beautifully-refurbished cottage retains features including original wooden beams and has a pretty garden with a stream.

The cottage sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The lounge is a comfortable place to relax with sofas, a wood burning stove in the inglenook fireplace and heavily beamed ceiling. A fully-fitted kitchen provides all the modern appliances and there is also a dining area with French doors to the patio with table and chairs for ‘al fresco’ dining.

Upstairs, there are the 3 bedrooms and a main bathroom. An additional shower room is located downstairs. Wifi is available throughout the house. Outside, the extensive garden features lawns, a picnic area and pergola. Visitors will find parking at the front with an EV charging point. The pub and village stores are a short walk away.
