The Paddock Camping

The Paddock Camping is a tents-only site situated on a working farm on the outskirts of Ramsbottom. Just a mile away from the town centre amenities and easily reached from the M66, it is the ideal place for a stopover en route to Manchester and the Yorkshire Dales, or those seeking a holiday base.

The campsite is on a flat grass field, catering for all tent sizes. Children under 2 years stay free-of-charge and dogs are welcome on-site. Barbeques and firepits are allowed and breakfast / barbeque packs can be reserved prior to arrival. There is also a large communal fire pit for socialising together.

Facilities include showers, toilets, dishwashing sinks with hot water and the fresh water taps around the site. There are many places for walking, cycling and mountain biking nearby and visitors can catch the steam trains of the East Lancashire Railway. The nearest shop and café are 10-minutes away.
