Glamping The Wight Way

Glamping The Wight Way would like to present 4 eco-friendly safari lodges in a scenic setting, near Freshwater, on the Isle of Wight. With uninterrupted views across the River Yar and with easy access to walking and cycling routes, including the Freshwater Way and Yarmouth to Freshwater Trail, the site is also close to great beaches.

Each lodge can accommodate up to 6 people, with room for an extra 2 on the sofa bed in the living room. There is a king size bedroom, a twin room and bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds; plus a spacious living area with wood burning stove, well-equipped kitchenette, dining table / chairs and double doors opening to the decking.

The bathroom has a roll-top slipper bath, and there are 2 toilets. Outside, there is a shower and love swing on the decking, a Kadai fire bowl / BBQ and picnic bench. Completely off-grid, all lighting and power, including USB charging points, is derived from solar energy and hot water is from the wood burning or gas-powered boilers.
