Cosawes Barton

Cosawes Barton offer 3 superb holiday cottages located on a small family-owned 17-acre country estate just outside the village of Ponsanooth, between Redruth and Penryn. All Visit England 5-Star Gold Award rated, the cottages each sleep 6 guests and are dog-friendly. Small weddings of up to 18 guests can also be accommodated.

Carvosso Mill is accessible for guests with disabilities. All on ground floor level, there is level access and widened doors. There is an octagonal shaped living area opening to the private garden, a luxury kitchen, master double en suite bedroom, another double, a twin and a wet room. Mobility aids can be hired via a local company.

The Linhay at Cosawes has a light-filled comfortable open plan living space with leather sofas and a woodburner. This room opens onto a large patio area. There is also a luxury handmade kitchen with a dining table for 6 people, a double bedroom with spacious en suite facilities, another double room, a twin room and bathroom.

Tremayne Barn is an upside-down cottage with the kitchen / diner and living room located upstairs, and the 3 bedrooms, including one with en suite facilities, a double and a twin, and main bathroom downstairs. The building is a traditional ‘bank barn’ and built into the hillside, so guests can access the property from either level.
