Kernock Cottages

Kernock Cottages are 6 charming holiday homes located on a 22-acre country estate near the Cornish village of Pillaton, 6 miles from Saltash and on the fringes of the Tamar Valley National Landscape. Each cottage has been awarded a Visit England 5-Star Gold rating and the site has a Gold Award for Green Tourism; providing luxury family and dog-friendly accommodation with a private hot tub.

Heather Barn is an accessible cottage sleeping 4 guests, all on ground floor level. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, including one with a wet room. The Coach House and Little Owl are ideal for couples, sleeping 2 in a double en suite bedroom. Treebarn is also for 4 guests, with 2 en suite bedrooms; Owl Barn for 6 has 3 en suite bedrooms; and The Roost has 5 en suite bedrooms, sleeping 10 people.

All cottages have room for a cot and have central heating derived from the biomass boiler, plus Smart TV, Wifi, a fully-fitted kitchen, garden area with barbecue and hot tub, plus there is EV charging. Up to 4 dogs are allowed per cottage. Guests can also enjoy complimentary membership of the nearby country club with spa, golf and well-being therapies. There is a pub just 10 minutes’ walk away.
