Hall Hills would like to present 6 luxurious holiday cottages, situated alongside the River Roe, near the hamlet of Raughton Head. This accommodation is a short drive from the M6 Junction 42, close to the small town of Dalston and only 6 miles from the historic City of Carlisle. In a countryside location, Hall Hills is a great base from which to visit the northern part of the Lake District National Park, Scottish Borders, Solway Coast and Hadrian's Wall.

These Cumbrian cottages have been sensitively converted from beautiful 17th century sandstone barns to offer Visit England 5-Star Gold Award rated facilities. Each has an abundance of individual charm and character, yet offer a host of contemporary amenities including Wifi access, Smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom facilities and a designated car parking space. The cottages are all well-presented and very comfortable.

The Folly is a first floor 1-bedroomed cottage for 2, with an external staircase leading to a balcony overlooking the river and French doors into the large living area with skylights. There are also 3 superb 2-bedroomed cottages sleeping 3 and 4, ideal for families. In addition, Tan for 5 or 6 guests has 3 bedrooms, including a handy ground floor double. Sethera is for adults only and is the amalgamation of 2 cottages, sleeping 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
