Welcome to Ashford Mill, a sensitively restored Grade II listed watermill nestled along the River Wye, near the Derbyshire market town of Bakewell. Dating back to the 11th century, with many of its original features still visible, this is a unique holiday home for 7 to 9 guests which has appeared on TV’s ‘Remarkable Renovations’ and ‘Countryfile’.

The open plan living area is the focal point of the mill, with beautiful exposed wooden beams and former mill mechanisms; equipped with a modern kitchen featuring an Aga stove and dining table, plus a sitting area with television. There is a large upstairs lounge with beamed vaulted ceiling, sofas and TV, with the old grain collectors adding character.

The bedrooms consist of 2 double en suite rooms and a triple bedroom (with a single bed and bunk beds), plus there is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
