Higher Kellacott

Higher Kellacott Holiday Cottages are exclusively for couples and also dog-friendly, nestled on a smallholding, 6 miles from Launceston. Surrounded by panoramic views across open countryside to rolling hills, these stone cottages are close to Radford Lake for watersports, as well as Dartmoor, for those who enjoy walking and cycling.

The Old Barn is a Visit England 5-Star Gold rated beautifully-converted 18th century granary and cattle shed. An upside-down cottage, the open plan living area is upstairs with a feature vaulted ceiling and a balcony with table and chairs. In addition, The Cottage is 4-Star Gold rated and has a ground floor separate sitting room and kitchen.

Both cottages are well-presented and feature a fully-fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and espresso coffee machine; with super king size beds in the bedrooms; modern bathroom with bath and shower, and private outside garden area for ‘al fresco’ dining. Farm produce can be purchased on-site or ordered prior to arrival.
