Lyons Oakfield Holiday Park

For your next fun-filled family holiday, choose Lyons Oakfield Holiday Park, in the heart of the seaside resort of Towyn, near Rhyl, in N Wales. This friendly, well-maintained park is open for 10½ months out of the year, including Christmas / New Year, and provides excellent facilities, as well as being the perfect base to explore the numerous local attractions including the beaches, amusements, shops, Tir Prince Leisure Park and Knightley’s Fun Park.

There is a caravan to suit all budgets and preferences; sleeping up to 8 guests in either 2 or 3 bedrooms as preferred. The Bronze level option is suitable for small families, whilst the slightly bigger Silver level also provides great value. Gold level caravans are more luxurious, with central heating and double glazing, whilst the Platinum level is the top-of-the-range option, providing more space and with extras including freestanding furniture.

On-site facilities include arcades, an adventure playpark, soft play area for younger children, shop and sports courts. Indulge in a few cold drinks in the sports bar which shows a wide range of sports on large screen TVs, or have fun in the show bar where all can enjoy live shows and interactive activities. Guests at Oakfield are welcome to use facilities at our sister park, Winkups, including eateries, a swimming pool and safari adventure golf.

Off-site, Towyn village has miles of sandy beaches, spectacular scenery and plenty of local shops and restaurants. Families will love the sand dunes at Kinmel Bay, together with funfairs, amusements and watersports. Children will love Manorafon Farm Park which is a short drive away in the town of Abergele. Also a short drive away is the impressive medieval Conwy Castle and Gwyrch Castle in Abergele, famous for filming “I’m A Celebrity…”.
