Jex Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast can be found on the outskirts of the village of Little Snoring, near the town of Fakenham in Norfolk. Surrounded by stunning views, the B and B is located in the former dairy of the farm and consists of three beautifully furnished ground floor en-suite bedrooms. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview TV and Wifi. Garden furniture is provided for guests to enjoy the well-tended gardens.

Breakfast is freshly cooked each morning, using local produce where possible and the our own free range eggs! A wide selection is on offer and gluten-free is also available. There are many things to see and do nearby, including Fakenham Racecourse, the many sandy beaches of the North Norfolk coast, or perhaps visit Sandringham Estate belonging to HM The Queen.
