The Balmoral

The Balmoral is a charming family-owned Guest House, offering bed and breakfast in the west end of Darlington. Andrew and his staff will be on hand to give you a warm welcome and will always go that extra mile to make your stay enjoyable!

All rooms are individually designed to offer guest comfort. Most have en suite facilities. All have a TV, DVD player, beverage tray and free Wifi and we can offer a laundry service. We have double, twin and family rooms available, including some with disabled access. A delicious Full English breakfast is included and served in our spacious dining room. We can offer alternatives for guests with special diets.

With only a short walk historic town centre with its restaurants, shops and bars and only 10 minutes away from the A1(M) motorway, we are ideally located to explore the area. We can offer free transfers from the railway station and Teesside airport.
