The Yan at Broadrayne Farm Cottages

Broadrayne Farm Cottages offers 4 beautiful self-contained holiday homes refurbished from 17th century farm buildings on a traditional farm in the heart of the Lake District. Surrounded by the beautiful fells and on the doorstep of some amazing walks, it is a haven for rambling and wildlife enthusiasts. The Coast to Coast route passes straight through the farm and the village of Grasmere is a short walk away where you can find plenty of local shops.

All our cottages have been rated 4 or 5-Stars with high quality furnishings and facilities. They can cater for 2 to 4 guests, The Smithy & The Byre both have king sized beds, The Fold has a double bed, The Cottage has a super king and a double bed. All offer living areas with log burner, Smart TV, music system and Wifi, plus a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Outside is a fenced private sitting area, car parking and secure bicycle storage. Dogs are welcome in The Cottage, The Smithy and the Fold.
