County Hotel

The County Hotel is a former coaching inn located in the heart of Kendal, the Gateway to the Lakes. Conveniently located near traditional shops, art galleries, museums and beautiful river walks, we guarantee a warm welcome and hospitality from our staff.

We have single, double, twin, triple and family rooms and can accommodate coach parties, business guests and holiday makers. All our rooms have en suite facilities with Freeview TV, desk and beverage tray. There is a lift to all floors and we can provide additional cots or highchairs. A cooked breakfast is included and you can enjoy a delicious evening meal in our dining room. You can also enjoy a drink in our guest lounge and bar. We have car parking on site, and are only a short walk from the train station.
