This is a luxurious self-catering holiday village in a delightful rural setting outside of Stratford-upon-Avon. We have been rated 5-Stars by Visit England, with fabulous amenities and stunning views of the surrounding countryside guaranteeing you a fantastic stay.

We have 3 cottages available catering for 6 to 12 guests, refurbished from former out buildings. You can still see the large fireplaces and exposed beams among the high quality contemporary decor. All offer fully equipped kitchens, spacious comfortable lounges with TV, dining room, en suite bedrooms and Wifi. The accommodation is set in beautifully kept grounds where you eat outside or have a barbeque. Our 12 bed properties also have the added luxury of a bespoke covered Jacuzzi.

It is only 5 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find the many attractions for the whole family, including the Butterfly Farm, River Avon Tours and the Royal Shakespeare Company. There are also a variety of outdoor activities to try around the area from country walks, cycling trails and horse riding.
