Dukes Holiday Cottages would like to present 3 Grade II listed holiday homes offering self-catering accommodation in the beautiful Northumberland village of Backworth. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, 4 miles from sandy beaches and 7 miles from Newcastle city centre, we are convenient for the many attractions around the area.

All cottages have been awarded a 4-Star Gold Award by Visit England, offering all the facilities for modern living whilst maintaining their characteristic period features. Each has a comfortable lounge with log burner, Freeview television and dining area; fully equipped kitchens complete with dishwashers and laundry facilities and a private garden. Sycamore Cottage has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, whereas No. 3 Dukes Cottage and No.4 Dukes Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All our cottages are pet friendly with Wifi throughout. There is a local shop and friendly pub in the village. We welcome holiday makers and guests looking for accommodation whilst on business in the area.
