The Oaktree Lodge

The Oaktree Lodge is a 4-Star Silver Award bed and breakfast in a quiet area of Whitley Bay, offering a delightful place to stay only 100 yards from the sandy beach. There is private car parking. We welcome cyclists, walkers, holiday makers and business guests who are looking for a friendly and relaxing place to stay.

We have single, double, twin and family rooms available, all including a complimentary full English breakfast. All our rooms are finished to a high standard with en-suite faculties, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, Freeview TV, Wifi, hairdryer and hospitality tray. We also provide laundry service.

There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. We are 4 miles from Hadrians Wall and the Coast to Coast route, and welcomed over 1000 cyclists and walkers last year! We can provide special services including packed lunches, drying facilities, luggage transfers and cycle storage.
