Welcome to Dukes Folly Hotel, a stunning Victorian house that is a historic memorial to the founder of Southport, William Sutton (also known as The Old Duke). Dating back to 1861, it offers a perfect mix of period charm and contemporary style for guests. Dukes Folly is close to the park, leisure facilities and golf course in the town.

All our rooms are individually designed and equipped with en suite facilities, TV, free Wifi, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Our themed rooms comprise The Castle Room decorated in a regal style with 4 poster bed and city views. Rosado Room is decorated in a modern style with bold colours and luxurious bed whereas our Mansard Room is decorated in warm colours with a super king sized bed, sofa bed and special adaptations for guests with disabilities.

Our Restaurant and Conservatory offers a delicious range of breakfast, light snacks, afternoon teas and evening dining. You are welcome to dine al fresco on the terrace during the warmer months. The hotel can also host your special event or wedding reception.
