Fernhill B&B is close to stunning moors yet only 2 miles from Rochdale Town Centre; 10 minutes off the M62 motorway at junction 20 and a 30-minute drive from Manchester City Centre. Fernhill is just a few minutes walk from the Pennine bridle way at Rooley Moor. Our beautifully converted farm buildings offer excellent accommodation facilities and ample private parking.

All of our single and double rooms come with a double/queen size bed. Also found in every room are tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary biscuits, a flat screen tv and free Wifi. Every room also has its own independent thermostat, wardrobe, desk and chair. Each luxury room has its own independent entrance from the rest of the rooms, opening directly onto the farm yard. All our luxury rooms are generally newer, more spacious with bigger bathrooms and most also have a sofa. Breakfast is continental-style.
