Bracken Hill Tower

Welcome to Brackenhill Tower, a stunning Fortified House and adjoining cottage offering luxurious self-catering accommodation near the border of Scotland. Dating back to the 16th Century the Tower can accommodate up to 10 guests with the Cottage catering for 4 -6. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, beautiful countryside and only 6 miles from the historic Gretna Green, we are a popular wedding venue but also welcome group holidays, corporate guests and families.

Awarded a 5-Star Gold award by Visit England, you are guaranteed a memorable stay. The Tower spans 4 floors and has been furnished with antiques and fittings indicative of the era, plus all the contemporary comforts. There is a spacious lounge featuring 52 inch plasma TV, elegant sofas, fully equipped kitchen including range cooker and dishwasher, dining room in the grand hall and 4 bedrooms.

The Jacobean Cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and 2 bedrooms. Both properties have access to the hot tub, barbeque and 2 acres of landscaped gardens including woodland and river walks. There is also plenty of car parking. The properties can be booked separately or together for larger groups.
