Ivythwaite Lodge Guest House

Ivythwaite Lodge Guest House is an attractive traditional Lakeland Stone house in Windermere. Dating back to 1860, this house offers welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation courtesy of owners Andrew and Abigail whom have been awarded a Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor due to guest reviews.

Guest rooms are elegantly furnished with an eclectic mix of antique furnishings and contemporary designs. All have comfortable double, kingsize or superking beds, en suite facilities, free toiletries, TV, DVD, Wifi, seating areas and a beverage tray for making hot drinks. We can add extra touches like chocolates, fruit or baskets by arrangement.

You can enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning to set you up for the day. We have an extensive menu including a breakfast buffet selection, Cumberland Breakfast, veggie breakfast, Cumbrian bacon or sausage butty, savoury crumpets, omelette, as well as smoked salmon and scrambled egg.
