The cottage sleeps 8 guests, with 2 dogs also welcome. Our other property, Cruck Barn adjoins Elm How, sleeping 2. The cottages can be let together to sleep 10 guests, or individually, as required.

A feature stone spiral staircase leads to the first floor with 4 comfortable bedrooms; x 2 double and x 2 twin bedded. Cots and highchairs are available on request. There is an adjoining en suite shower room to 1 of the double bedrooms, as well as a separate family bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, basin and separate WC. Outside, is a beautiful garden and parking for 2 cars on a grassed / stone area next to a small stream.
