Ivyleaf Barton Cottages

Ivyleaf Barton Cottages have 4 excellent self-catering holiday cottages and a house available to let, nestled in the countryside, 3 miles north of Bude. The cottages are all rated 4-Stars by Visit England. Each has the original beamed ceilings and stone brick work.

Linhay Cottage, for 2 guests, is on the ground floor adjacent to the courtyard. Byre Cottage, also for 2, is also on a single storey. Courtside is next to the tennis court and is ideal for families, sleeping 3 to 4. Stables Cottage can accommodate up to 6, with improved access for wheelchair users or guests with disabilities. Ivyleaf House has a 5-Star rating by Visit England and can accommodate up to 8 people.

With our on-site tennis courts and golf course, we welcome many guests on golfing and tennis breaks. There are plenty of beaches, surfing, cyclist and walking opportunities in the local area. Bude is 5-10 minutes away by car. Sandymouth Bay (National Trust car park) provides a good base for accessing the South West Coastal Path.
