Prospect House B&B

Welcome to Prospect House Bed and Breakfast, a charming Grade II listed Georgian home in the harbour town of Penryn. This B&B has a 4-Star AA rating and friendly host Carolyn offers a warm welcome and great hospitality.

Dating back to the 1820s with reference to its naval heritage, we have named our 3 guest rooms after the Packet Ships which sailed from the town. Falmouth Packet is a twin room; Guiding Star can be set up as a king-size or a twin and Winter Witch is a double room. All have en suite facilities, Freeview TV, DVD, Wifi and access to the small galley kitchen where you can help yourself to tea and coffee.

Guests are welcome to explore our walled gardens and visit our old Victorian greenhouse. A delicious full English breakfast is included in our rates. We also have secure car parking. There are many shops, restaurants and cafes in the town and we are near to Falmouth and Falmouth University.
