Waterloo Farm Cottages

Waterloo Farm, nestled in the Ottery Valley in Cornwall, is a traditional working farm on which John and Alison Werren and their family have converted the original stone built barns into 6 excellent self-catering holiday cottages, situated in 200 acres of beautiful farmland.

Saffron Cottage sleeps 4 guests. Haypole Barn (sleeping 8), Kingfisher Cottage (sleeping 5) and Sandmartins (sleeping 8) are all disabled-friendly properties. The Old Apple Tallet (sleeping 5 plus a cot) and Swallows Barn (sleeping 5) are both dog-friendly. All bed linen is provided and the cottages have smart TVs and separate Wifi as standard. Swimming Pool available May - September.

Launceston town centre has some great shops supplying local fresh meat, fish and groceries. Supermarkets also deliver to the barns from online orders if you prefer. We hope to welcome you soon.
