Ballaminers House

Ballaminers House and Cottages comprise an 18th century traditional farmhouse and barns renovated to offer superb self-catering holiday homes in a rural setting near Padstow. Nestled in 3-and-a half-acres of meadows and convenient for the beaches along the coast, we welcome many families, groups, couples and pets.

All our cottages have been carefully restored to keep some of the original features. Our stunning Ballaminers House was once the farmhouse and can sleep up to 8 guests, Dairy Cottage is the former milking shed for 4, and Stable Cottage is a single storey property for 4. All our cottages are furnished with contemporary amenities including Wifi and well-equipped kitchens. They can be hired separately or together for larger groups.

There is a farm shop close by and you can choose from a variety of restaurants and pubs around the local area. Padstow is a charming working fishing port surrounded by sandy beaches, at the head of the Camel River. It is the start and end point for the Camel Cycle Trail and a great base for enjoying water sports, walking and cycling.
