Gulval Cottages

Situated in the picturesque village of Gulval are Chyandaunce and Chyancrowse, two 19th century stone cottages. Both former farm buildings, they now provide self-catering holiday accommodation for guests. The cottages are a mile outside of Penzance.

Chyancrowse is a one-bedroomed bungalow ideal for lone travellers or couples. Chyandaunce is a spacious former farmhouse. Upstairs there is a king-size bedroom, a family room with a double bed and bunk beds, a shower room and an extensive lounge with windows on 3 sides. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom, with adjoining bathroom, there is also a kitchen which adjoins the dining room, seating 8. Both properties have Wifi and access to a shared walled garden. They can be hired separately or together to provide accommodation for up to 10 guests.

There is an extensive sandy beach a mile away at Mounts Bay where you can enjoy a swim or go surfing. We are also convenient for the South West Coastal Path which takes you along the stunning features of the Cornish coast. St. Ives is about 6 miles away and can be reached by a bus from the village or Penzance.
