Atlantic View House

Atlantic View Holidays provide self-catering accommodation in New Polzeath, between Port Isaac and Rock. Both of our properties overlook the beach and north Cornish coastline and are equipped to the highest standard. We have been awarded a coveted 5-Star Gold Award from Visit England.

Atlantic View House was built in 1907 and sleeps 14 guests in 6 bedrooms. It has been fully renovated to maintain its period features, yet providing contemporary comforts including TVs with Freeview channel, Sky Plus, surround sound, Wifi and MP3 dock. This regularly upgraded accommodation is very luxurious with magnificent views. It is only a minute’s walk to the beach. There is ample parking at the rear and a raised slate patio with barbecue and large balcony facing the beach.

Atlantic View Coach House, sleeping 8, is a contemporary house over 3 floors, with a glass façade facing the sea. The view to Stepper Point and the Camel Estuary across the beach is magnificent. There is parking for 2 cars at the rear, a slate patio with built-in barbecue and a large balcony facing the beach.
